We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible.
Our Returns Policy:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the “Order History” section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to start the returns process.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Please note that some items are non returnable – such as customised items, cut to length, discontinued items, special orders, powders, worktops, tiles and pvc panels due to shade variations between batches, electrical and gas products once opened due to health and safety. Items subject to hygiene reasons such as WCs, macerators and parts, clothing and protective equipment. Items where installation has commenced.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
