I have had 2 units from these wonderful people. It's been easy to obtain parts and expert advice which I found extremely helpful as an example, I emailed Sharon at 2200hrs last night and they called me back this morning and the part I needed will be here in 2 days. That's what I call great service. Note: We are in a hard water area which does mean changing Flexi hoses and control units after about 3-4 years which is not to expensive but better than a flood. We highly recommend one of the all singing and dancing units which look impressive once fitted.
