Terms & Conditions

All goods must be checked on collection or delivery and not signed for / accepted until you are satisfied. If any sign of damage then please sign as “damaged” and report to us within 48 hours – claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods.

You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of collection / delivery. Extra charges will apply to certain postcode areas and offshore.

Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload, missed deliveries will incur re-delivery costs. Delivery is made to the kerbside only.

You should check the item before commencing installation. Returns aren’t accepted once installation has commenced. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs.

If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 14 days by contacting us by telephone 01282 578786 for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package.

Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department. We do not refund courier costs either way. The customer must arrange for the return. Any non-faulty items will incur 25% handling charge. Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such. Modified items are non cancellable and an admin charge will be made if the transaction is not completed.  Clearance items are also non returnable.

Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation unless we have made a mistake with the order.

The purchaser of this unit accepts liability for its proper use, operation and installation. Domestic products are NOT to be used in any commercial place. Electrical and gas products must also be installed by a licensed professional, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of the products.

If there are any broken parts due to shipping damage we will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP but this must be notified to us within 48 hours and the delivery note should be endorsed as “damaged”.

Product warranty cover parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 1 year unless otherwise specified. To validate professional installation an invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim as proof of proper installation. We do not cover courier or installation costs in any case.

Spare parts are sold on a no return basis due to health and safety. Any parts proven to be faulty must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacements.

Most water fittings baths and showers require a balanced water supply of between 1 and 4 bar, to achieve this a pressure equalising valve or pump may be required. Towel bars, shelves & racks are not designed to take heavy loading.

Do not book your installer until you have received and checked the goods as we cannot be held liable for incorrect or delayed deliveries. We are not qualified to offer any professional advice for any of our products and can accept no liability for claims suggesting the same. You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body. Our liability shall never exceed the maximum price paid for the actual product.

All transactions must be completed within 7 days and contact should be made within 3 days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item.

Deliveries are generally made during working hours 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday unless you have arranged for a special delivery.

A large order may arrive on a pallet and this is a kerbside delivery only. Parcel deliveries are to a safe place or front door. In the case of a block of flats or office block then parcel deliveries are to the ground floor delivery only.

While we want every delivery to be successful and problem free, we understand that this is not always the case. We would request that if your parcel arrives obviously damaged, please sign for these as damaged.

We ask that you check all your items as soon as they arrive. Any damages, faults or shortages can be reported via email within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked all of your order before reporting any damages or shortages as we may not be able to send out replacements if you later find any further problems with your order.

If your items are not quite right you can request a return within 14 days Ensure that you retain all packaging until you are sure you are keeping all of the items.

If installation has been attempted we will not accept return. We hope you have a pleasant experience shopping with us.
